Our menus are based on seasonal availability. For this reason we do not give a fixed Menu of what we will produce. The fun is all in the "mystery" of what we can find. Classes held from Monday - Sunday . Contact us if you have special requests outside of these times.

Regular weekly schedule is:

Monday: Macaron Class at 9 am, Classic French Desserts Class at 4pm

Tuesday: Baking Class at 9 am, Classic French Desserts Class at 3pm

Wednesday: Morning Cooking Class at 9:30 am, Evening Cooking Class at 6 pm

Thursday: Morning Cooking Class at 9:30 am, Classic French Desserts Class at 4 pm

Friday: Morning Cooking Class at 9:30 am, Evening Cooking Class at 6 pm

Saturday: Morning Cooking Class at 9:30 am, Baking Class at 4 pm

Sunday: Cake Decorating Class at 10:00am
