Calling all Chocoholics! Come discover the power of chocolate with a class specially developed to dive into the world of this fascinating food. You will learn the essential techniques of Tempering, Molding, Ganache and Mousse and use these techniques to create five luxury chocolate-based desserts. The recipes are selected from Michelin star creations and will be seasonal, here are some examples of what you will make:

Chocolate Truffles
Molded filled bonbons
Eclaires au Chocolat
Chocolate Sphere filled with Spicy Mousse, served with warm chocolate sauce
Personalized Chocolate Bar

We will provide aprons and all necessary material and ingredients for the class. At the end of the class you will enjoy a plated dessert and bring home all the other beautiful creations you will have prepared.
