Chef Preston Mohr is member of the Cook'n With Class team in Paris.

Preston Mohr
Originally from Minneapolis, Minnesota, Preston has made Paris his home since 2003. Paris was an obvious choice for him based on his education specializing in Art History and his life-long passion for food and wine.

Preston teaches regularly the Champagne Day Trip in Reims , the French Wine Tasting Class and the Cheese and Wine Tasting Class.

He has traveled extensively in France and in Europe, particularly in the wine-producing regions. You may run into him at one of Paris's independent caves seeking out the lesser known French liquid elixirs or in one of the new wine bars that keep popping up all over town.

He holds the Advanced certificate from the Wine and Spirit Education Trust (WSET) based in London and is currently studying for his Diploma, also through the WSET.
