Originally from Minneapolis, Minnesota, Preston Mohr has made Paris his home since 2003. Paris was an obvious choice for him based on his education specializing in Art History and his life-long passion for food and wine.
Preston teaches regularly The Chef's Table and the Cheese and Wine Tasting Class.
His role as a wine educator brings him to many places in France and in Europe, particularly in the wine-producing regions. You may run into him at one of Paris's independent wine cellars seeking out the lesser known French elixirs or in wine of the many new wine bars around the city.
Preston is an associate member of the Institute of Wines and Spirits (IWS) and has earned the Diploma in Wines and Spirits from the Wine and Spirit Education Trust (WSET).
