Thank you so much, the class was phenomenal. I'm raving about it to anyone who will listen! Just finished cooking in Bordeaux and I'm off to Toulouse. I hope you'll keep following along! I can't wait to get back to Paris in a few weeks. I miss it already!

I had a BRILLIANT time in the classes! I was in Paris for 6 weeks and had the great pleasure of taking the Pastry Class and the Baking Class with Pino. SO MUCH FUN! The size of the groups are fantastic because everyone gets to have a turn and no-one is left out. It was fascinating to learn how to make pastry and roll our own crossaints, pain au chocolates, pain au raisin, creme brulee, bouche noel........! Am looking forward to trying it all out again now that im home and showing my mum (who is extremely jealous) how to do it! Pino was really great, kind and generous and of course Lina, always in the background cleaning and washing, putting dishes away, and very sweet! When I come back next year (to live!) I will be bringing my mum and I look forward to doing some of the other classes! Thank you for being so helpful, i'll be sending photos of my solo attempts! Amicalement,

We met Chef Bernadette at the Metro Station and proceeded to the markets where we learned so much and saw such beautiful meats, fish, cheeses, and produce. Cooking at the school was very fun without pressure to perform. It was a relaxing, small group experience and the school space is very contemporary and efficient. We made several courses and enjoyed them all. We were in school with other fellow english speaking travellers and getting to know them and their Paris tips was very worthwhile. A must do for any food lover!

I recommend the baking class with Chef Pino very highly. He is very knowledgeable, a great teacher and the class was a lot of fun. I can't wait to make the croissants, pizza or other items that we learned how to bake. 3 hours in the kitchen AND we had plenty to eat plus what we got to take with us . . . all for 100E - a good value also.

During a recent trip to Paris my wife and I decided to take a class at Cook'n With Class. It was one of the best decision we made. It was a real hands on experience. There were only 3 participants in our session, so there was plenty of work for each to do. Our chef/instructor Bernadette couldn't have been any nicer , more informed and informative. We worked hard, but the results were fabulous. We actually cooked the best meal we had during our stay in Paris.

I was in Paris last week and Cooking With Class was one of the highlights of my trip. My friend and I took the Pastry class and we loved it. Rachel was an awesome teacher and she was so nice. We made five different items and they were all delicious. Now that I am back in the states, I made Creme Brulee today, using the recipe that Rachel taught us in class. It turned out PERFECT! I impressed myself!!! I highly recommend this class. FUN, FUN, FUN!

To celebrate my birthday, I traveled to Paris with several family members. We rented an apartment through www.feelslikehomeinParis.com. While perusing the website, I noticed a link for cooking lessons. Mmmm, I thought, that would be a great treat for all of us. Chef Eric and I emailed each other to plan the menu. He devised a terrific menu based on our various likes/dislikes, allergies, etc. With four women, finding food that would satisfy all can be challenging! Chef Eric recommended a traditional Bouillabaisse preceded by a crab salad (with wine pairing, bien sur!), followed by a simple desert of fresh strawberries tossed with aged balsamic vinaigrette and served with vanilla ice cream. On the day of our class, Chef Eric showed up at our apartment with all necessary items for the meal. He even provided chef’s jackets so we looked professional. We had an extremely enjoyable morning in the kitchen – lots of laughter and we learned so much. But the best part – eating the results!

More, more, more. It was a great experience leap of faith to book a private cooking class on the other side of the world sight unseen. But after taking the leap and contacting Eric,  we found his obliging emails conforting and encourging. We definitely needed a tutor who could speak to us in English as our French is very basic tourist speak. We met Eric at a delectable market, selected the ingredients for our meal and were then treated to his simple and stylish tuition in the kitchen. We learnt, laughed and indulged in gret wholesome French food and wine with Eric. GO ERIC GO. Loved it. Bon apetit.
