Please note for obvious time constraints some of the dough will be made in advance as it needs to rest overnight, however you will be taken through each step of preparation during the class.
This includes making flaky croissant dough from scratch, then rolling, forming, and finishing the dough to bake the different French pastries and making a sweet pastry cream to accompany the Pain au raisin.
Afterwards you will be delighted with your own home made croissants worthy of a top artisan Parisian Bakery!
