During this 2-hour class you'll sample some of the finest cheeses, learn the techniques and language of cheese tasting, the secrets of affinage and the concept of terroir, all essential parts of French food culture. While our trained sommelier fills your glasses with great wines, he will be explaining how to taste them and choose the ideal wines to complement each cheese type.
