In these French Dessert Classes in Paris you will learn how to prepare from scratch 5-6 classic french desserts using fresh, seasonal produce.

The illustrious windows of French pastry stores will soon have nothing to hide. Cakes, tarts, eclairs, chocolate, souffles and most intricate desserts entice you and once you have acquired the basic pastry techniques you can then juggle with seasonal products.

You will learn how to prepare from scratch 5-6 classic French desserts using fresh, seasonal produce.

On the day you will learn how to make desserts such as crême brulée, madeleines, molten chocolate cake, soufflé glacé au Grand-Marnier and classic Tarte tatin.

The Chef will guide you through the recipes and give you some great tips in making these classic French desserts. After the class you can eat your tasty desserts or choose to take them home with you (except for crême brulée to be shared with the people you love).

After attending this French Desserts Class in Paris, you will know how to prepare numerous and varied desserts. And the icing on the cake, you become a connoisseur of what may be one of the best parts of French culture.
