Paris Cooking Classes : learn the art of French cooking in a fun, relaxed atmosphere in the heart of Paris.
Come discover the power of chocolate with a class specially developed to dive into the world of this fascinating food.
You will learn the essential techniques of Tempering, Molding, Ganache and Mousse and use these techniques to create four luxury chocolate desserts.
The recipes are selected from Michelin star creations and will be seasonal, here are some examples of what you will make:
Personalized Chocolate Bar,
Chocolate Sphere filled with a decadent Mousse,
Molded filled Chocolate Bonbons
At the end of the class you will enjoy a plated dessert and bring home all the other beautiful creations you will have prepared.
We will be using top quality Valrhona Chocolate made from the purest cocoa beans and all the equipment is provided.
This class is run during the Winter months for the optimal environment to work with Chocolate so starting in mid-October we run this class until the end of April. Please contact us if you wish to make a booking during this time!
