You will learn the essential techniques of how to temper chocolate, how to use chocolate molds and transfer sheets and how to make a ganache. In the class, you will use these techniques alongside a professional Chef to create top quality chocolates by hand.
The recipes are selected from Michelin star creations and will be seasonal. Here are some examples of what you will make:

We will be using top quality Valrhona Chocolate made from the purest cocoa beans, and all the equipment will be provided.
This class is run during the winter months for the optimal environment to work with chocolate so starting in mid-September we run this class until the end of April. Please contact us if you wish to make a booking during this time!
