Are classes in English?
Classes are all in English unless otherwise
noted with an (fr).
What is the class size?
Classes are limited to 6 people max. This is to ensure
that everyone has plenty of attention from the chef.
When should I make a reservation?
As soon as you have your dates. Don't forget
that classes are only for up to 6 people so availability
might be limited..
How do I reserve a class or a tour?
Please fill out our reservation
form and be sure to provide a
few dates in case classes are full for your first choice.
50% of the course price is due upon reservation.
How much is a cooking class?
Please visit our Prices page for
a full list of our course prices.
Do you accept credit cards?
Yes, we do accept credit card payments.
What is your cancellation policy?
A non-refundable 50% deposit is required
to confirm your reservation. In the event that you need
to re-schedule, this deposit will be applied to your new
class. However, if you cancel without re-scheduling, the
50% deposit can not be refunded.
Do we have to provide our own equipment?
All that you will need to participate
in the day's lesson will be provided for you.
Are there any extra costs for food?
The price includes the cost of ingredients.
The only extra cost would be if you decide to invite someone
who has not partaken in the class to join us for the meal.

What if I have special dietary
needs?
If you have any food allergies or
other food restrictions, please be sure to mention it when
you reserve. We have provided a comment box for you to
ask any specific questions or let us know about your particular
needs.
What do we prepare in class?
We will prepare a 3-course meal,
including appetizer, main-course and dessert paired with

Can a friend or family member just
come to eat?
Your friends and family are welcome
to join us for the meal at the end of the class for a small
additional cost of 20 euros per person. Please be sure
to let us know in advance, how many guests you will be
inviting.
Do you provide accommodations?
We do not personally have accommodations.
However our partners will be able to assist you with vacation
rentals in Paris. Visit our Links page

Do you offer classes outside of
Paris?
We do not offer cooking classes outside of Paris,. However
we do offer a champagne tour of Reims where you will be
able to visit the vineyards where some of the best champagne.
How long does the trip to Reims
take?
This is a full-day excursion. We
will depart from Paris at 9 am and return at 7pm.
