Lisa Cohen- Paris/New Orleans – Blog’O Birdie

Thank you so much, the class was phenomenal. I’m raving about it to anyone who will listen! Just finished cooking in Bordeaux and I’m off to Toulouse. I hope you’ll keep following along! I can’t wait to get back to Paris in a few weeks. I miss it already!

Kyle McNichols – Santa Barbara - CulinaryHopscotch

I had a BRILLIANT time in the classes! I was in Paris for 6 weeks and had the great pleasure of taking the Pastry Class and the Baking Class with Pino. SO MUCH FUN! The size of the groups are fantastic because everyone gets to have a turn and no-one is left out. It was fascinating to learn how to make pastry and roll our own crossaints, pain au chocolates, pain au raisin, creme brulee, bouche noel……..! Am looking forward to trying it all out again now that im home and showing my mum (who is extremely jealous) how to do it! Pino was really great, kind and generous and of course Lina, always in the background cleaning and washing, putting dishes away, and very sweet! When I come back next year (to live!) I will be bringing my mum and I look forward to doing some of the other classes! Thank you for being so helpful, i’ll be sending photos of my solo attempts! Amicalement.
