Cook'n With Class History

To celebrate the 6th anniversary of Cook'n With Class, we invite you to take a look at our cooking schools through the years. Chef Eric Fraudeau started the school at 21 rue custine with a small operation to promote French cooking to the world! Soon we were able to expand that school to welcome our students in two designer kitchens and passed many wonderful years teaching you the best in French recipes. Now we are delighted to entertain and teach you at our new state-of-art cooking school in 6 rue baudelique, still in pictoresque Montmartre but more space to create!

French Pâté en croûte

Chef Alex prepares a homemade French Pâté en croûte with fresh ingredients. Pâté en croûte is a staple part of French cuisine and many still make it from scratch at home today. Delicious for aperitif hour or as a starter , an easy to make recipe can be stored and served cold.

Macaron class

The secret to making Macaron like many things is practice. You will have to try more than once to make the perfect macaron. There are many kinds of recipes. At Cook'n With Class we are inspired by the chef Pierre Hermé recipe. Why not try it out with us when you are in Paris?
